And there is official doctrine that there are no special forces in the Marines as the whole MEUs (Marine Expeditionary Units - reinforced infantry battalions) are usually required to be SOC (Special Operations Capable) meaning how can there be special forces in an organization when the whole group is already a special force?

Don't just limit yourself to the U.S. Army. There are other military branches : Navy, Air Force, Marines Corp, & Coast Guard. As a sidenote, I believe U.S. citizenship is not a requirement to join
the U.S. armed forces. However since you aren't a U.S. citizen your security clearances will be significantly lower and you will be barred from highly confidential occupations such as the Special Forces, & nuclear submarines (unfortunately the U.S. Rangers are special forces). If you have more questions please feel free to sign up for the U.S. Army, Navy, etc, recruiter mailing lists and ask them more questions. There's also recruiter chat room sessions if you register an account on the Goarmy.com website

I lived there and loved it...I was there for 4 years, I was stationed on two of the carriers that were there. I loved San Diego...hopefully my husband will end up getting stationed there again!

Hmmm...medschool huh? Me too, just not sure which school yet as my husband is Navy and it will have to be around where he is stationed. We are hopimg to go to San Diego, or Washington DC next so I can go to a decent med school at least. I am just working on my degree as of now...What specialilty are you looking at if you don't mind me asking, if you are going to specialize?

oh that is a default effect, I used halftone patterns on her to make her look out of focus, so I intend to keep it there.

Thanks for the comment. I used a smaller size for the outline and changed it so that it wasn't outlining on the inside, but rather the outside. I didn't notice it the first time around. That way, the outline is still there, but you don't lose the detail on parts like the hair.
